Textured bamboo wallpaper and aAuction and antique shop finds were incorporated to give the room a soft heritage feel to create a relaxed style

To emphasise the height of the room a tall headboard upholstered in Scottish wool with deep buttoning and brass stud detail was introduced. The colours and textures enhanced the masculinity of the space while the softness of the wool and the padded headboard ensured it was not too hard. Accessories such as the leather campaign chair and dark bedside lights giving a subtle glow build on the overall style.

The landing leading to the Gentlemen's Bedroom was decorated in a monochrome decoration scheme that naturally led to the bedroom. The carpet is a dark brown and neutral pinstripe, teamed with an console table painted in Farrow & Ball Off Black, an India Jane ribboned lampshade and wall art in tones of black, brown and taupe.
