Absolutely do not use this company, charged over the top for a upvc door. Then it has been fitted badly even though they've been out. Still doesn't fit. I paid for a lintel that was never fitted. And have still not been paid back. The owner and manger do not care once they've got your money. They are horrible to deal with if something goes wrong.

Extremely impressed from start to finish with the level of communication and the work done. Had our bay window roof replaced, the main roof fascias and ridge tiles replaced, and other chimney stack and tile repairs. Would highly recommend and plan on using again if the need arises.

Add a leaking roof to an already stressful year, having had a different company come and 'fix' it last year, I was very stressed when I discovered the number of issues our roof had. But the team at Lord went through everything clearly, pointed out the issues, and provided clear information and price breakdowns. They worked unbelievably fast, but to a very high standard, and now our new roof looks excellent. We were also impressed with the fab customer service they provided, with regular updates, answers to questions, and covid-safe practices. Would definitely recommend.
