as has been stated below I all so received appalling service and my concerns were not addressed and it was a total waste of my time.

Buyer beware. Awful customer service, emails not acknowledged,abusive phone conversations. Bought a Japy Freres clock, the shop organised insurance for delivery to Australia ie they were the insurers,clock arrived damaged & broken by Fedex spent months getting some compensation from Fedex & clockshop did nothing, no response to various emails & calls. Once out of the country it like they did not care. Got clock fixed in Sydney and found pendulum had broken, wingnut missing. Have been trying to get a response from the shop to split repair bill , we are talking 400 GBP pound and no response. Will be off to ombudsman next.
