KNQ Associates (specifically, Stanley Tham) has been the ID for three of our homes, and they've all been very aesthetically pleasing and satisfying projects. Every project has been imbued with what we like to call the signature Stan touch: innovative and quirky design elements that are also functional and integral to the theme.
We love working with Stan because he takes the time and effort to fully understand and cater to both the client's needs as well as their personality. And, equally important, work with all the barang-barang that the client already has in their home.
Finally, Stan is also very mindful about budgets and deadlines. And offers the reassurance that all his sub-contractors deliver top-notch work, with no corner-cutting on materials.
