Terrible customer service. They shipped me a closet unit with drawers but with no instructions for putting together and installing the drawers. Note that the directions I did receive were pretty poor as well. Multiple calls and emails to them to try to get the directions have gone unreturned. They never answer the phone. I would find someone else to purchase from.
After months of researching different closet systems for efficient design for our closet, we found the Closet Evolution system the best for the price. We ordered through Home Depot and picked it up. We got 2 systems, so we had a few boxes. Instructions were easy to follow and everything went together great. Closet looks great and we're thrilled with results. We found one set of drawer hardware were missing, so we called and we've never received. Called again this Monday and hopefully we'll get those. Can't finish until we get those. I'm giving 4 stars as their QA needs to ensure ALL packages are properly packaged and includes ALL hardware. They'd expect a surgeon to do his/her job 100 percent so there's no excuse for the shipping department to be anything less.
I ordered several hanging closet units. Overall I am very pleased with the service and quality of the products. I ordered through Home Depot on line. Shipping was fast. All boxes shipped had all parts except one box missing a hardware package. Stow shipped the missing hardware quickly. The only reason for four stars is damage to packages during shipping. Several of the boxes were damaged although no damage to the actual products occurred. The missing hardware was likely due to damage to one of the boxes in shipping. Packaging design could be better.
