This project initially involved a simple rear extension to be of similar character as the adjacent home. As the process unfolded, it became necessary to make a joint planning application such that that council had confidence that neither extension could singularly be overbearing on the other property. While our appointment was only with one of the properties, we maintained an open dialogue with both sets of homeowners to ensure that this process could be as easy as possible.
